One size fits most. The bracelets can be rolled on, they are not elastic, but do give. Bangles: Outside diameter is approximately 2.5 inch, inside diameter 2 inch. Look for bangles marked "Large": outside diameter is approximately 3 inches, inside diameter 2.5 inches.
The seed bead sizes are either Size 11 or Size 15. Size 11 is a larger bead than size 15. The number refers to how big the bead is, the larger the number the smaller the bead. Though not always precise, the number of beads is how many beads fit into 1 inch. A size 11 means that roughly 11 beads fit into 1 inch.
