Refund policy

In stock items can be exchanged or returned for credit within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. No cut strands will be accepted, items must be in a resaleable condition. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applicable. Shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.

There are no returns on Special Orders. When you place an order we will take a 50% non-refundable deposit to place the order and the rest of the payment will be due before the order ships to you.
