Where did Sally Roesler Collection go?
We have gone back to our roots and are using Bead Goes On for our E-Commerce website. Sally Roesler Collection will now feature special one of a kind products we have found just for you. Beads, Jewelry, Antiques.
Do I need to make an account?
Yes - this is a new website and all clients will need to re-register. It is very quick to do. Click "Create Account" at the top of the page and follow instructions.
Is there a minimum order?
In stock items there is no minimum order.
Special orders the minimum will vary. Every product has its own personality – the design, the materials, the artisans, the production. There is a different minimum for each product and a 50% non refundable deposit is required when the order is placed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $12.00. Most orders we try to ship USPS First Class. If your order is able to ship first class then your shipping will most likely be less and the difference refunded. Free shipping for orders over $200. We ship orders through USPS. FedEx and UPS are available upon request. Please contact us about International Shipping. We cannot offer free shipping during sales.
How do I special order?
Email or call us with the product you are interested in. If a product is out of stock you will see special order information on the page. If you are interested in other style options for a product please contact us for more details.
Special orders require a 50% non refundable deposit when the order is placed. We do our best to get you exactly what you want but all our products are hand made. There MAY be some variation. Most times this is out of our control and a risk we both take when we place the order.
What is the turn around time for an order?
In stock items will ship within 1 – 3 business days. Special order items will range from 6 – 8 weeks depending on the product.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to check out with us. Simply click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" under the PayPal log in page.
Do you accept returns?
In stock items can be exchanged only within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us for return authorization before sending anything back. No cut strands will be accepted.
There are no returns on Special Orders. When you place an order we will take a 50% non refundable deposit to place the order and the rest of the payment will be due before the order ships to you.
Do you sell wholesale?
Many items are sold on sliding scale - the more you purchase, the better the price. If you are looking for bigger volume and better pricing please contact us. If you are in Virginia please email us a copy of your Sales & Use Tax License to save state tax.
Do you have a brick & mortar store?
We do not have a physical location and are selling online only.
