One size fits most. The bracelets can be rolled on, they are not elastic, but do give. Bangles: Outside diameter is approximately 2.5 inch, inside diameter 2 inch.
The seed bead sizes are either Size 11 or Size 15. Size 11 is a larger bead than size 15. The number refers to how big the bead is, the larger the number the smaller the bead.
