Jewel Beetle Loose Wings

Loose jewel beetle wings from Thailand that can be used for a variety of things. The beetle wings are collected after the beetles natural or delicious death.

The wings have no hole but using a pushpin (thumb tack) you can easily push one through.  They are a lot stronger than you would think.  You can make your own earrings with the loose wings or fill a glass bowl for a unique conversation starter centerpiece.
